- It is difficult to see properly when wearing the costume so we ask for your assistance in ensuring children are always in front of the mascot so that he/she can see them more readily and not be behind or beside him/her when dancing or playing games.
- We ask that all pets are put away throughout the duration of the Mascot’s stay
Terms and Conditions of Hire
- $50 deposit to secure you chosen day / time
- Balance due seven (7) days prior to booking date
- Cancellations with seven (7) or more days notice will receive a full refund
- Cancellations within seven (7) days of hire date will forfeit deposit of $50
