Meet the Easter Bunny – An interactive experience

Bring the kids for an interactive Easter Bunny experience with sessions available over 13 days this March (2024)

With a gorgeous backdrop, meet the Easter Bunny and maybe take home an easter egg to make your Easter a memorable one!

Bring your own camera, take photos and / or video. We encourage you to use the experience to collect as many memories as possible. Besides getting to meet and interact with the Easter Bunny, it can also be a great opportunity to showcase your creative side and develop your own Easter book or reel for your family and friends to enjoy.

We will not restrict the number of photos you take during the session (the more the merrier!!) and you can take them all home to try to find that one magical photo where all the kids are actually doing what you asked!

Location is in Werribee. The physical address will be sent to you closer to the date (within 5 minutes from Werribee Plaza).

We ask that people who have more than 4 children book multiple appointments.

We prefer no shoes during the session to ensure we are keeping the setting nice and clean for everyone.

Santa’s Head Elf to deliver wishing coins this Christmas

This Christmas, we’re teaming up with Erna Jean Keepsakes to bring your little believers something unique and special.

Watch their little faces light up as one of Santa’s head elves hand delivers a special wishing coin for them to treasure and wish upon through the Christmas season.

The Elf will be visiting your local area between late November and early December.

The experience will involve the Elf and a helper knocking on your door and spending a few minutes interacting with your child/ren as they learn about Santa’s elves, what they do and that they have a special letter to give them. The Elf will then present a sealed envelope direct from the desk of Santa with their name on it. Inside will include a special letter introducing the wishing coin. Once your child has opened the letter and received the coin you will be able to take a photo with the Elf before he needs to make his way to the next girl or boys house.

INTRODUCTORY PRICE

$50 – 1 child

Additional children at same address (same day/time) will be $20 per child (this will include each child receiving their own coin).

**note: wishing coins are not a toy and are not recommended for children under the age of 3 to play with.

HOW TO BOOK

The Elf is available from Friday 17th November through to Sunday the 17th December. To find out when we will be in your area, please message us on Facebook or send us an email.

We will keep locations updated on our Facebook page (see the top section under Featured Posts) as we have more information on where we will be each day so keep an eye out. We will add locations as we get bookings in certain areas so please book early if you have specific requirements to avoid disappointment.

Gender Reveal Baby Mascots

Duration: 30 minutes

Price: $200

Number of Mascots: 2 Mascots (both boy and girl Mascot) plus additional staff member to assist

Both our gender reveal babies will arrive if you have booked this package. Watch your guests faces as they walk through the door (usually one at a time) as their excitement builds only to be confused by the arrival of the second baby (they may think you’re having twins at this point).

The babies will interact with your guests as they become anxious about who will be the “winner”! They will encourage guests to get behind them for their gender to win the reveal.

The babies will play a short game with the guests before we open the envelope to declare one the winner!

** For twins + we can have multiple cards so each babies gender will be revealed one by one (unless of course you’re having identical twins). Let us know and we’ll be sure to include the additional surprises in the one envelope.

** If this is an extra big surprise and you haven’t told people you’re having twins, let us know and we will play on the fact that there is something else in that envelope on the day!

Gender Reveal Mascot Appearance

Duration: 15 minutes

Cost $100

Number of Mascots attending: 1 (plus one additional staff member to assist)

The gender reveal appearance is a short, surprise, appearance by either our Baby Girl or Baby Boy Mascot.

Our Mascot will arrive at your event to announce the gender of the baby. While the appearance is short, the excitement is high.

This is a great option for people who already have a full event list of their own games and activities planned and are just looking for something different to announce the reveal. The reveal is also more personalised with the “baby” being more interactive with your guests. Make sure you take lots of photos with your baby before we leave.

Planning for a successful party

We have found, from years of having our own parties, that kids seem to have about a two (2) hour window of happiness when it comes to parties and can start getting ratty after that. We would recommend:

  • Plan the party for two (2) hours
  • Try to avoid a time right before nap time (if they’re still having naps).
  • Book in your Mascot for the second hour of the party. This way it allows for kids who may be running a bit late to still be there.

You’re paying for the Mascot and there is nothing more annoying than paying for something and not using it to your full advantage.

  • In the first hour of the party, get the kids in and settled. About 15-30 minutes in (usually they are running around crazy in this time, excited to see each other at your house) we would do party food.
  • Try to get them through the party food within about 15 minutes. This will give you time to clean up any sauce spills (including those explosions that seem to happen all over their face lol) and make some space in the house for your Mascot to walk through to get to the main area. It also allows plenty of time for slow eaters

We advise an area where there is space. Remember the Mascot is not small so does need room to move, especially if he/she will be dancing.

  • “Typically” parents / adults are not as messy as the kids so it’s an opportunity to get everyone to help with the kids and then feed the adults

At this point we would always recommend having a survival game on hand. Something simple that can be stopped quickly if required (e.g. eye spy for the younger kids, dancing for the older kids). Incase the kids eat quickly and start getting ratty while you’re waiting for the Mascot. It’s an opportunity to get them all sitting down together (especially if you’re looking to avoid them seeing the Mascot arrive).

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
